深度處理多用于現有污水處理廠的升級改造，高濃度、有毒、難降解工業廢水的處理，有污水回用需求的地區或場所等。常用于去除水中的微量CODcr和BOD5有機污染物質，SS及氮、磷高濃度營養物質及鹽類。
我公司采用的MBR膜生物反應器具有以下特點：出水水質良好穩定，污泥量少，運行費用低，易于自動化控制。核心組件為PTFE平板膜，相比中空纖維膜：其抗污染性能更優越，不會因膜絲纏繞造成膜通量下降，清洗維護更便捷；使用壽命更長，不會因材料疲勞強度造成斷絲現象；強度更高，對進水水質預處理要求更低；親水性更高，能滿足低壓運行；膜抗污染性更好，清洗周期更長。
